Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee field crews performing inspection, maintenance, and restoration of utility infrastructure. The role includes direct supervision of crew members and independent operation of tasks, with a focus on safety and quality.

A valid driver's license and training through the Crew Leader program are required. Travel may be involved to various job sites, and the position emphasizes data accuracy, customer relations, and adherence to DOT/MVR

Qualifications

• Must complete Crew Leader Training Program.
• Valid US driver’s license and 3 years driving history.
• Consent to MVR checks and license monitoring.
• May require pesticide applicator license and DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise one or more crew members.
• Inspect structures and apply coatings or preservatives as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and public relations.
• Collect and submit accurate data on hours and work performed.
• Promote safety and enforce company policies.
• Transport crew and equipment to job sites using vehicles.
