Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. seeks a Crew Leader to supervise and perform inspection, maintenance, and restoration of utility infrastructure. You will lead crew members, coordinate field work, and ensure safe, compliant operations in diverse outdoor conditions.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, background checks, and potential pesticide/DOT prerequisites. Occasional travel and overtime may be needed; join a team focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete Crew Leader Training Program.
• Hold a valid US driver’s license; 3 years driving history; consent to MVR checks.
• May be required to obtain a state pesticide applicator license and pass a DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work per standard practices and customer specs.
• Supervise and motivate one or more crew members.
• Operate vehicles to transport crew and equipment to job sites.
• Record hours worked and work performed accurately.
• Maintain safety and enforce company policies.
