Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, and work effectively with field crews.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete reports and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility reps.
