LANDGRAPHICS Landscape & Arborcare Management is seeking a dependable Landscape Crew Leader – Maintenance to supervise field crews on commercial properties in California. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity, with hands-on work and leadership in the field.

The ideal candidate will have prior landscape maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license. Opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior landscape maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and perform outdoor labor daily.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties.
• Perform mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, fertilizing, and general cleanup.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power equipment, and company vehicles safely.
• Train and guide crew members on landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily jobsite preparation, equipment checks, and vehicle organization.
• Monitor quality and report customer concerns or equipment issues to management.
• Assist with scheduling priorities to keep crews productive.
