Job summary

ISMIRA Agency is actively recruiting for an HR Coordinator to support MSA on Carnival Cruise Line. You will handle crew onboarding, document preparation, and regelarly update CPS/A-Pass while maintaining accurate notices aboard.

The role requires strong English, precision, and a service mindset to assist crew across all administrative tasks and ensure smooth embarkations and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level HR qualification or diploma in human resources.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Excellent organizational, planning and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep CPS and A-Pass systems updated and accurate.
• Ensure sign-ons receive embarkation info and collect paperwork.
• Prepare documents for crew joining their vessel.
• Maintain the Crew Notice Board with current information.
• Send sign-on/off lists to shipboard management on time.
• Prepare seafarer’s manual, agreements and sign-on docs.
• Collect and prepare sign-off documents and assist orientation.
• Handle movement requests from F&B and HSKP teams.
• Coordinate reference letter requests with Hotel Admin Coordinator.
• Respond professionally to team member concerns with empathy.
• Communicate new travel, immigration and customs procedures.
• Ensure all materials from Staff Admin are current and professional.
• Manage ship cabin accommodation and manning lists per regulations.
• Maintain missing employee files and coordinate return.
