Qualifications

Responsibilities
Ensure accurate crew data entry in Fidelio System.
Oversee crew sign‑on and sign‑off process.
Liaise with crew regarding documentation before signing off.
Assist in the coordination of crew arrivals and departures.
Handle cabin change requests and complaints.
