Job summary

Margaritaville at Sea is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to support crew HR functions aboard our cruise operations. You will work closely with the HR Services Manager to ensure data accuracy, immigration compliance, and smooth crew processes across sign-on and sign-off workflows.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years HR administration, crew management or payroll processing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with immigration documentation and compliance processes.
• Strong English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter crew data accurately in Fidelio system.
• Oversee sign-on/sign-off processes and verify documentation validity.
• Coordinate crew arrivals, departures, and transfers.
• Prepare sign-on forms, labels, cabin keys, crew IDs, and name tags.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure regulatory compliance.
