Job summary

Carnival Cruise Lines in the United States (Miami, FL) seeks an Administrative Coordinator for Medical Staffing and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, scheduling, and training of shipboard medical staff.

The role interfaces with medical teams across brands, shoreside health services, and external vendors, supporting approximately 65 ships and 100,000+ crew members. Requires 1+ years in similar roles and proficiency with MS Office and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Associates' degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ years of work experience with similar scope and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPlatform.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, scheduling, and training of shipboard medical staff.
• Tracks certifications, accreditations, licenses, and registrations (ACLS, PALS, ATLS, x-ray training).
• Coordinates visas, flight arrangements, and joining instructions with Scheduling Department.
• Supports staffing decisions considering onboard skill mix, team dynamics, and voyage itineraries.
• Assists onboarding tasks, manages ATS workflow, and responds to candidate inquiries and questions.
