Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Crew Ground Experience Coordinator to support the crew food program and ground experience at FBOs. You will collect and analyze crew feedback, escalate urgent safety concerns, and partner with internal teams and suppliers to drive service improvements.

The role includes travel to FBOs, daily collaboration with operations, and ensuring meals are delivered accurately and on time for crew members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience, aviation or crew services preferred.
• Strong communication and data-analysis abilities.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Review crew feedback to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Escalate safety-sensitive or service issues to internal teams.
• Coordinate crew catering operations and supplier communication.
• Provide status updates to crewmembers and manage day-of issues.
• Travel to FBO locations to gather firsthand feedback.
