Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operational execution of catering and ground transport details with accuracy.
• Coordinate third-party delivery services and manage recovery actions as needed.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and manage inbound/outbound communications.
• Communicate with vendors and FBOs to confirm orders and status updates.
• Identify recurring challenges and propose improvements to leadership.
