Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate tasks with management, and enforce safety standards on the job site. You will mentor workers, train on new procedures, and ensure timely completion of assigned units while maintaining excellent customer relations.

The role requires CDL eligibility, strong communication, and the ability to manage field activities with limited supervision, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all work performed.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols for lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take independent action.
• Willingness to drive an approved company vehicle and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders from General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforce safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; train crew accordingly.
