Job summary

Trees, Llc is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate with management on hiring needs and safety protocols, and mentor staff on job requirements. You will troubleshoot on-site issues, train employees, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include planning work, enforcing safety practices, maintaining records, and managing costs while maintaining strong customer relations. Travel for storm work and CDL-required driving may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership required.
• Willing to travel for storm work and perform field duties.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training/retraining for crew on job units.
• Enforces safe work practices and safety training per policy.
• Discusses issues with property owners and coordinates access.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew operation reports.
• Controls crew costs and use of resources.
• Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments at sites.
• Inspects and maintains tools, trucks, and equipment.
• Ensures DOT maintenance on all required vehicles.
