Job summary

Trees, LLC is hiring a Foreperson to manage daily crew operations, coordinate tasks, and uphold safety standards on job sites. You will collaborate with management to determine hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols while mentoring crew members.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a focus on field training and customer relations. CDL is required; position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical drawings and symbols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action.
• Must be able to drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Weight limit consideration: body weight not to exceed 300 pounds.
• No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training per policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and work scope with property owners/customers.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Promotes good customer relations through effective completion of assigned work.
