Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson in North Carolina to oversee daily crew operations, ensure safety, and coordinate with management on hiring needs and deadlines. You will mentor crew members, report on job progress, and maintain strong customer relations across field sites.

The role requires CDL and the ability to travel for storm work, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements and work with limited supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Weight of employee should not exceed approximately 300 pounds.
• Must have no fear of heights.
• Must be able to travel for storm work.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew from orders.
• Conducts field training/retraining for crew on job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA standards.
• Discusses issues with property owners and coordinates access.
• Obtains permission from property owners for work.
• Maintains customer relations and professional conduct on site.
• May investigate incidents and settle minor claims as delegated.
• Keeps accurate records, timesheets, and crew reports.
