Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily field operations, coordinating crew activities and ensuring safety practices are followed. You will train staff, manage training needs, and maintain records while serving as a liaison with property owners and management.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication, and the ability to adapt to field requirements with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3120 hours of working experience in the line clearance industry required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Maintains accurate records, timesheets, and reports for crew performance.
• Promotes and maintains good customer relations and coordinates with property owners.
• Inspects and coordinates maintenance for tools, trucks, and equipment.
