Job summary

IHOP is seeking a full-time Crew Chief in Waco, Texas to lead a high-performing team and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee staff readiness, assign duties, and ensure smooth operations, from training to daily service standards.

You will oversee timekeeping, scheduling, and adherence to SOPs while promoting teamwork and clear communication about menu items and promotions to guests and crew. Responsibilities include training, supervision, and maintaining secure, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign duties, promote teamwork, and communicate menu items and promotions to staff.
• Supervise performance and enforce company policies; monitor time cards and scheduling.
• Ensure security, handle cash receipts, deposits, and reconcile funds.
• Maintain high standards of service and customer experience.
