Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the crew under the General Manager.
• Drive revenue growth through guest count and sales metrics.
• Oversee training, performance coaching, and guest experience.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory, and store operations.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
