Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates using the internal training program.
• Ensure quality control measures and safety standards are followed.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store initiatives with the DM.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction and mentor the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to achieve goals.
