Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Saint Paul, MN is hiring for a Crew Chief to join our management team. You will partner with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive sales, and ensure top-tier guest service. This role offers leadership exposure and opportunities to advance within the company.

The Crew Chief will oversee daily operations, coach team members, manage inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups of people.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to help increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct always.
• Guest-first mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces (concrete or metal).
• Able to work in hot/cold, noisy, exhaust-fume environments.
• Able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the GM to grow revenue and coach the team.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Support GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Open and close store duties when GM is off.
• Maintain a safe, clean service center per standards.
