Qualifications

• Retail management experience required (1–3 years).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate diverse groups.
• Understanding of the retail industry and sales objectives.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Guide the crew and boost sales with GM collaboration.
• Oversee inventory and cash handling processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the service center.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Open/close store when GM is off and assist as needed.
