Jiffy Lube International in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a Crew Chief to lead the automotive service team. You will partner with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction, and boost store performance.

This role requires 1–3 years in retail management, strong communication, and the ability to coach others. You will assist with inventory, scheduling, and training while maintaining a safe, clean service center and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and sales metrics.
• Ability to read safety and operating instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead with GM to drive revenue growth and guest counts.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service.
• Set a positive example and build engagement.
• Develop teammates through training and coaching.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store initiatives.
• Provide direction and mentorship to technicians and CSAs.
