Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to grow revenue through guest count and sales metrics, coaching and executing excellent customer service.
• Set a positive example as a leader while building team engagement and efficiency; develop teammates through training and mentorship.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Carry out duties such as inventory, cash handling, guest issue resolution, and coordination with the District Manager on initiatives.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls; provide clear direction to the team.
