Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and improve guest experience
- Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction
- Oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety compliance
- Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs
- Open and close store duties when GM is unavailable
- Build an engaged workforce aligned with customer demand
