Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in University City, MO is seeking a Crew Chief to lead the service team, drive guest satisfaction, and grow sales with the General Manager. You will train teammates, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and inspire performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through training programs and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations as needed.
• Open and close the store with the General Manager and support budgeting and forecasts.
