Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the crew alongside the General Manager to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor teammates; run daily huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Open/close duties and maintain engaged workforce according to company guidelines.
