Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew with the GM to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and develop teammates; guide sales growth.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Open/close duties; budget and forecast with GM.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable service center.
