106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to lead the shop floor and guide the crew under the General Manager. You will help grow guest counts, coach automotive service staff, and uphold customer-focused standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and sales metrics.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities
