Team Car Care West, LLC in Oceanside is seeking a Crew Chief to join our store leadership team. You’ll work directly with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive sales, and ensure top-notch guest service.

The role trains teammates, leads daily huddles, manages inventory and budgets, and upholds safety standards. We value a proven leader with retail know-how, strong communication, and the ability to motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to develop teammates through coaching and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align with business goals.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver excellent guest service and sales performance.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and shop cleanliness; ensure safety and compliance.
