You will develop teammates through training, manage daily tasks such as inventory and cash handling, and contribute to budgeting and forecasts. This role emphasizes leadership growth and guest satisfaction in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the crew alongside the General Manager
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance
