Job summary

106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to partner with the General Manager in guiding the crew, maintaining smooth daily operations, and driving top-line growth. You’ll lead by example, coach frontline staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across service channels.

The role focuses on leadership development, staff engagement, and maintaining high standards to deliver value, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements within a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through the internal training program.
• Set a positive example and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations with the DM as needed.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
