Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to lead the team and partner with the General Manager to drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will coach staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Able to stand, work on concrete surfaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support GM in guiding the crew and driving sales growth.
• Lead daily huddles, coach teammates, and ensure high service levels.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to GTE standards.
