107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief in Fort Worth, TX to join our management team. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction, and boost sales through strong leadership and clear direction.

You’ll receive hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, daily pay, and insurance options. This role emphasizes coaching teammates, maintaining service standards, and helping the store run

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Inspires and motivates diverse groups of people.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by increasing guest count and improving core sales metrics.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service while creating a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example, build team engagement and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop teammates through training, coaching, and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per company standards.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory and cash handling; collaborate with the District Manager on initiatives.
