Team Car Care in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Crew Chief to join the management team, guiding the crew, delivering top-notch service, and helping drive sales. You’ll train teammates, supervise daily operations, and ensure safety and quality while budgeting with the GM and building an engaged workforce.

You will lead daily huddles, coach staff, and manage inventory and guest issues in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and career advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and goals.
• Coach and mentor teammates, supporting internal training and development programs.
• Ensure quality control measures and safety standards are followed consistently.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards.
• Provide guidance to technicians and CSAs and handle guest inquiries.
