Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and core sales metrics.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead by example and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training, coaching, and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear, detailed direction to the team and maintain a safe, presentable service center.
