Job summary

StaffEx is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service representative for an Elections Office in Orlando, FL. The role handles voter registration information, answers calls, and guides voters through the election process with a customer-first approach.

Fluent Haitian Creole is required. There is a Monday–Friday schedule 8am–5pm with some nights and weekends during elections, and overtime around election periods. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service with public contact and data entry.
• Ability to enter information accurately into the voter registration system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Non-partisan approach in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
• Transfer calls to the proper department for speedy resolutions.
• Answer incoming calls and assist voters with registration information.
• Explain voting processes and eligibility questions.
• Maintain a professional, customer-oriented attitude at all times.
• Manage high-pressure situations and shifting priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
