Job summary

Civitech is hiring for a Client Success Support Specialist. This fully remote, seasonal role runs through November, with shifts mostly 8am–8pm ET and up to 40 hours per week. You will handle voter inquiries, document interactions, and escalate complex cases to leadership as needed.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend availability is required, with Spanish/Chinese/Hindi etc. as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success or call center preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to document voter interactions accurately.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from voters and address inquiries.
• Actively listen and provide empathy and suitable solutions.
• Document voter interactions in Civitech's support software.
• Deescalate complaints professionally and draft appropriate resolutions.
• Follow call center guidelines and scripts for consistency and compliance.
• Manage call handling time to meet performance targets.
• Demonstrate empathy and clear communication in stressful situations.
• Potential to assist with text chasing programs when needed.
