Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Credit Solutions Associate at the Miramar Operations Center to help members bring past-due accounts current and reduce loss. You will answer inbound calls, arrange payments, and review delinquency across consumer, mortgage, and business loans.

This hybrid role requires 1–2 years in debt collections or sales and a high school diploma. Starting pay is $22.18–$23.48 per hour, with bonus eligibility and a robust benefits package, including 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a consumer debt collections or sales environment.
• Experience with Vehicle and Mortgage Collections and Loss Mitigation preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalency required

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to bring past-due accounts current for consumer, mortgage, and business loans.
• Accept inbound calls, arrange payments, transfer payments, and research past-due issues.
• Document all actions and promises to pay with accurate codes.
