Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years in financial institutions or regulatory supervisory roles.
• Three or more years of staff management experience.
• CRE and C&I credit knowledge with exposure to SBA lending, leverage finance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of credit risk review analysts.
• Ensure loans comply with lending policies and risk guidelines.
• Provide guidance on complex reviews and risk-based decisions.
• Contribute to strategic decisions affecting risk management.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, and Risk Management.
