Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in financial institutions or regulatory supervisory institutions.
• Three or more years of experience managing staff.
• Working knowledge of commercial credit processes and risk ratings.

Responsabilités

• Direct and manage a team of credit risk review analysts to ensure loans align with policies and risk guidelines.
• Provide input on highly complex, high value reviews and strategic decisions affecting the function.
• Review reports on quality and trends in the loan portfolio and provide regulatory input.
• Conduct workout credit discussions and address policy issues with management.
• Report exposures to senior management and maintain oversight of major adversely graded credits.
• Perform Loan Quality Reviews to ensure consistency in reporting and recommendations.
