Job summary

Moody's is seeking an entry-level professional to support administrative work for deal subsets, including data capture and lifecycle maintenance. You will monitor client requests, organize workflows, and liaise with rating analysts to ensure high-quality service.

You will also interact with Rating Teams and IT to streamline processes, gain exposure to financial instruments, and grow in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/first-level degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine processes without error.
• Ability to review financial statements and various documents.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for a senior audience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative work for a subset of deals, including new deal setup and data capture.
• Monitor mailboxes for timely client requests and respond professionally.
• Organize work to meet deadlines and time-sensitive requests.
• Assist rating analysts and collaborate with Rating Teams and IT for seamless workflow.
• Provide backup support and adapt to shifting deadlines while maintaining client service quality.
• Develop knowledge of financial instruments and regulatory requirements to apply to daily operations.
