Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive business administration for management and rating analysts in the designated LOB.
• Support new deal setup, data capture, lifecycle data maintenance, and data quality assurance.
• Publish ratings, prepare templates, and disclosures per regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Monitor mailboxes, manage deadlines, and handle internal/external client requests.
• Escalate conflicts and research data discrepancies; back-up coverage as needed.
• Develop broad knowledge of financial instruments and related practices.
