Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to management and rating analysts in the designated LOB.
• Assist with data capture, amendments, lifecycle data maintenance, and data quality checks.
• Handle rating actions, publishing, research templates, and disclosures per policies.
• Monitor mailboxes; organize work to meet deadlines and time-sensitive requests.
• Escalate complex issues with supervision; resolve client inquiries at a basic level.
• Build positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
