Search Solution Group is seeking a Credit Manager for a leading Building Materials company in Pineville, NC. You will oversee credit and accounts receivable operations, lead the collection efforts, and manage credit risk to support strong cash flow.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in credit management with 4+ years leading AR teams; must have experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Epicor, and strong leadership, negotiation, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in credit management and accounts receivable, preferably in construction/building materials.
• 4+ years leading an AR/collections team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit management and AR operations.
• Lead and mentor AR collection team.
• Establish credit policies and procedures.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and monitor risk.
• Oversee collections and improve receivables performance.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
