Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Monroe (NC) seeks a District Credit Manager to oversee credit and collection operations for the region. You will perform credit investigations, underwriting, and risk mitigation while guiding a credit team to optimize receivables.

You will monitor aging, ensure compliance with lien/bond laws, and collaborate with District Managers and sales to resolve disputes. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in the credit & collection field, construction industry preferred.
Strong analytical and financial skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee credit and collection operations within the assigned territory.
Conduct credit investigations and underwriting analysis for new and existing customers.
Monitor aging accounts and supervise collections efforts to optimize receivables.
Ensure compliance with lien and bond laws; coordinate with sales and district management.
Lead, train, and motivate the credit team; coordinate with agencies as needed.
Generate regular reports on collections performance and key issues.
