We are looking for a Senior Credit Manager for a rapidly growing commercial construction and building solutions organization in Winston-Salem, NC. This role will lead enterprise-wide credit, collections, risk management, and receivables strategy while developing a team and helping standardize practices across a multi-location business.

Day to Day

• Evaluate commercial customer credit risk

Requirements

• 7+ years commercial credit and collections experience
• 3+ years leadership experience
• Experience managing large customer exposures

• Building materials or specialty distribution experience
• Knowledge of liens, bond claims, and retainage
• Multi-location credit leadership experience

Compensation: $125,000 to $145,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
