Job summary

AccruePartners seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead the Credit & Collections and Cash Applications teams in Charlotte, NC. You will shape strategy, oversee performance, and ensure accurate, compliant processing of credit decisions and collections.

The role requires strong people leadership, 7+ years in credit or collections, and an associates degree; CPA/MBA/CCM preferred. You'll collaborate with finance, operations, and external partners to optimize cash flow and minimize losses.

Qualifications

Associates degree or technical college training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years related experience and/or training in credit, collections, or cash applications.
Advanced certification (CPA, MBA, CCM) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Supervise supervisors and staff across Credit & Collections and Cash Applications.
Direct overall strategy, direction, and evaluation of both departments.
Interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees; plan and assign work; manage performance.
Handle exception approvals, policy changes, and dispute resolution.
Coordinate risk assessments, credit reviews, and fraud investigations with other teams.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal requirements across departments.
