AWP Safety, Inc in North Canton, OH is seeking a Customer Relations Credit Specialist to protect our customers’ time and finances by managing onboarding, credit profiles, and account resolution across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with sales and management, perform credit risk analysis, maintain pricing per contracts, and support other functions. A high school diploma and 3–5 years AR/billing experience are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various accounting systems.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years AR/billing experience preferred.
• Experience rating credit worthiness preferred.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible in fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain accurate customer accounts in the system.
• On-board new customers to ensure timely payments.
• Update and maintain customer pricing per contract.
• Communicate with customers, sales teams, and management.
• Handle confidential information in credit applications.
• Perform credit risk analysis to determine limits.
• Review lien waivers/releases for accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Act as a resource for other functions within AWP.
• Provide training and support as requested.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
