Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to positively impact growth by managing collections and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes in-store and in-home interactions, with opportunities for hands-on deliveries and product installations.

You will contribute to a welcoming store environment, assist with keeping products organized and accessible, and participate in merchandising tasks to support sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid state driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Handle credit and collections to support growth and revenue.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service in-store and at customers' homes.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading, and product installation following safety procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store through merchandising and cleanliness, with customers and coworkers in mind.
