Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to help customers access quality goods and deliver white-glove service in-store and in customers' homes. Responsibilities include managing credit/collections daily, providing friendly customer experiences, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and maintaining an inviting, organized store environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail or collections experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and must be at least 18 with a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to drive and operate company vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a 'white glove' approach in-store and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: assist with loading/unloading and installation of products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
