Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to help customers access quality goods and provide top-tier service in our stores and homes. You will manage credit and collections, assist customers, and support safe loading, unloading, and installation of products. A history in retail or collections is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products following all procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
